Orders

 

By placing an order with Hayley Scanlan you are offering to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of you order. This email is not an acceptance of your order just a confirmation we have received it.
A contract between you and Hayley Scanlan will not be formed until we send you a confirmation by email that the goods have been dispatched to you. The sale contract is concluded in Dundee, Scotland, and in the English language.
The products offered for purchase on hayleyscanlan.com may be exclusive and made to order items. Please refer to the page of the product you wish to purchase for an estimated delivery time.
All payments are securely processed through Paypal  and Stripe, we accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Solo, JCB and Maestro.
Your debit or credit card will be authorised and debited through Paypal / Stripe when your order is processed.

 

Pricing

All prices shown on the website are in GBP (£) and accurate at the time of publication.
At the time Hayley Scanlan is not VAT registered, therefore VAT will not be charged on the products displayed on hayleyscanlan.com
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated on GBP, the actual price charged will be subject to the exchange rate applicable on the day your credit/debit card company processes the transaction.
A delivery charge will be added to the total price of the products you ordered.

 

Delivery & Packaging

 

Hayley Scanlan and HS Items may often be available in very limited numbers, made to order or exclusive.
Stock permitting we aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days (Monday- Friday).  Any orders placed after 3pm will not be dispatched until the following working day. Any orders placed during periods of when our studio is closed (we always clearly state holiday times when we are closed on social media), they will not be dispatched until we return.
For made to order items, please allow a longer time. The estimated time for each item is clearly stated on each product page on the top right next to the price, please consider this carefully before placing your order.
All Hayley Scanlan orders are gift wrapped and placed in a secure eco-friendly packaging envelope.

 

Shipping Information

 

Your order will dispatched using Royal Mail or courier services. At the time of dispatch, you will be provided with a tracking number and a link to track your order.
Shipping charges have been calculated following the weight of the items ordered and divided in 4 geographical categories, they also include the packaging used to wrap and send your order:

UK Royal Mail, 1st class recorded: 1-4 working days
EUROPE: 2-5 working days
USA: 2-3 working days
REST OF WORLD: 2-4 working days

 

Estimated shipping times are used for guidance only and start from the date of dispatch. Hayley Scanlan cannot be responsible for any delays caused by postal delays or custom

clearance process. Custom clearance charges may vary, please contact your local custom office for more information, please note we are not viable to pay custom charges on returns or exchanges.
You will be required to sign for the goods delivered at which point responsibility for the goods will be passed to you.

 

Liability

 

Although we have tried to ensure the information on this website is as accurate and complete as possible we cannot guarantee that Hayley Scanlan content is error free. The colours displayed on this website are as close to reality as possible but some computers or browser might slightly alter the true colour of the product therefore we cannot be held responsible for the difference of colour that might occur.
We reserve the right to change information, prices, descriptions or any of the content of the website without prior notice to you.
Hayley Scanlan will not be liable for any loss, damages that may be suffered by you or a third party as a result of accessing the website. This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor for fraudulent misrepresentation, misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
